M&A Internship Offer
Ama Partners is an independent M&A consultancy firm, based in Bordeaux and with offices in Angoulême, Marseille, Toulouse and Paris. We support business leaders in their sale, acquisition, business transfer and fundraising projects. Our independence allows us to find the most suitable solutions for each new mission. We are currently looking for an M&A intern to strengthen the Bordeaux team.
Description of the offer
The M&A intern will work closely with members of the firm (associates and analysts) on transactions and business development initiatives. Main missions :
- Market studies and other sectoral analyzes
- Preparation of written documents intended for clients and prospects in the context of marketing and/or the execution of mandates (pitchbooks, information memoranda, teasers, etc.)
- Business valuation and analysis
- Search for counterparties
Required profile :
- Training in Corporate Finance in major business and engineering schools and in leading universities
- A first experience in finance (M&A, Private Equity, Transaction Services, etc.)
- Advanced mastery of Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent French and English
- Writing fluency
- Ability in project management: teamwork, priority management, analytical and synthesis skills, meeting deadlines
